Is it possible to make detours or change routes during transit or sightseeing?
Fundamentally, any detour or route change requested by the passenger, other than bathroom breaks, may require an additional fee. Also, if the time allotted for sightseeing is exceeded additional charges may be incurred.   if within the time limit, you are free to make change the schedule.
※It may be difficult to change the schedule or extend the length of a tour due to conflicting reservations.
How much is the hourly charter fee?
It is ¥6,200 per hour/¥3,100 per 30 minutes.  As a general rule,Chartered taxi service starts at a minimum of two hours.  Transit costs two remote locations require a transfer meter fee. Please see this page for details.
What happens if there is an accident?
In the unlikely event of an accident both the private taxi and any luggage vehicles are fully insured and appropriate response will follow.
What is the method of payment?

How many guests can be accommodated?
Alphard Vellfire can accommodate up to five guests, and the Hi-Ace and other jumbo taxis can carry up to nine guests.
Is your vehicle a large taxi?
Although the vehicle is large, the fare is the regular taxi rate in Sapporo (first meter 670 yen).
Do you have child seats?
Both child seats and junior seats are provided free of charge.
Where is the airport pick-up location?
Basically at the arrival gate exit, the driver will be waiting with your name on a sign board.Or you can do  after getting your luggage, please place a call to the driver, and meet the driver at either domestic airline  ANA18 or JAL10 the designated taxi pick-up locations.  The international airline is 80.
Do you accompany the guests at tourist spots?
Basically I will do that, but depending on places that can be enjoyed without driver, I recommend that you feel free to enjoy.  Don’t hesitate to ask me to take your picture.
How much luggage can you carry?
The Alphard Vellfire can carry two large suitcases and five guests or five small or medium suitcases. For four guests, four large suitcases can be carried and more for three guests. "A luggage -only" car can be reserved if necessary.
What do I do if I have left something in the taxi?
Please contact me immediately.
If I call today, can I make a reservation for today?
Sure. If the taxi is available, you can make a reservation.
Is it OK to contact you outside of business hours?
If you apply in advance, I can accept your reservation, please feel free to contact me.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Transportation delays or cancellations due to weather or disasters are not subject to cancellation fees. Please see the cancellation policy section for details.
