Nori-San is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very patient,meticulous and punctual. He takes good care of us and safety is his upmost priority. We finished our tour of Furano yesterday and I would like to commend Nori-san for a job well done. His car was very clean and comfortable, very spacious for us. He gives us tips on what we can do to make sure we don’t waste time lining up - for lunch, toilet breaks etc. He recommended very good restaurant for lunch as well, we love the food! Moreover he showed us places not within our itinerary to make sure we make the most out of our trip! And he helps take our group picture. Thank you for your assistance!
